Returns and refunds

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you decide to cancel your order soon after placing it, feel free to contact us through chat or email shop@arteahead.com.Requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we can't accommodate changes as the artwork may already be shipped or in production. Please note that all bids in our auction releases are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. If you win the auction, your order is confirmed and cannot be altered or cancelled.
What should I do if my artwork isn't what I expected? +
If your artwork doesn't meet your expectations or if you received the wrong item, please contact us via online chat or email shop@arteahead.come as soon as possible. You have 14 days to report the issue, and we’ll assist with a refund, repair, or replacement if applicable
Can I request a return or replacement? +
To be eligible for a return or replacement, artworks must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity. We cannot accept returns without the Certificate of Authenticity
What is your returns policy? +
If you're not fully satisfied with your artwork, you have 14 days to request a refund. Please contact us at info@arteahead.com. To process a refund, the artwork must be returned in perfect condition, in itsoriginal packaging, with all documentation, including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items included. We will arrange a door-to-door collection for returns, and you’ll receive a tracking number. Please avoid using your own courier, as it won't be tracked in our system and could affect your refund eligibility. Once the artwork is safely returned to our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 days to appear in your account. You’ll be refunded for the artwork's price, minus a handling fee based on size, weight, and location. If your delivery address is within the EU, we’ll refund any EU VAT paid, but we cannot refund import duties. You may be able to reclaim those duties from your local tax authorities.
